Fox Cub - Knitting Kit

Please Note: This listing is for a kit to make the fox and bedding, not for the finished item itself. 

This sleepy cub is all ready for you to make and enjoy. You can knit your cub over a weekend and take it to work with you on Monday. The finished cub is just a few inches long and fits easily into the palm of your hand. Cub's fuzzy halo of fur is created by knitting with a strand of 4ply and a strand of lace weight mohair held together. 
The pattern also shows you how to make a warm crochet blanket for you to wrap the cub in. This is the ideal introduction to crochet for those who are not yet addicted to the craft. 

Each kit is put together by me, using what is available locally. 

The kit includes: 
Paper pattern
set of 2.75mm / US 2 double pointed needles 
3.25mm crochet hook
4 ply / fingering weight yarn in orange, dark brown and cream 
3 colours of kid silkhaze mohair and silk yarn (grey, white, and gold)
stuffing
small button (may differ from one shown)
tapestry needle 
stitch marker

This kit and pattern is designed for knitters with Intermediate skills. These kits encourage people to try out a small amount of another craft alongside knitting. In this kit, you will learn how to make a crochet granny square blanket that can be buttoned around the cub.
